Giveaway Rules:

Not valid for cash back. Give-away cannot be combined with other specials or offers. Giveaway cannot be applied to current or past jobs. Appointments are to be performed during normal business hours. Offer includes one Brooks Painting painter for 8 hours of labor. Includes incidental materials. Clients can supply the paints or provide us with the exact colors and finish before the job starts and we will purchase the paint at cost to the client. Any additional work requested outside of the 8 hour scope for one painter will be additional in cost. Painter for a Day is only valid to be used for Painting within 25 miles from Davis area. No specialty work is included such as extreme heights, scaffolding, texture matching, spray applications, major repairs, custom staining, carpentry. Clients should be advised that many matte, eggshell, satin and semigloss paints don't "touchup" and we may be required to paint the entire surface from corner to corner. The Painter for a Day does not guarantee any amount of work to be finished within a certain timeframe. Scheduling can take 1-4 weeks.

Brooks Panting Inc. just finished painting the exterior of our house. The crew did a terrific job. The house is a mid century modern with redwood paneling and an unusual amount of trim work. Brooks did a fantastic job on our exterior and interior paint jobs. Quality was high, price was reasonable, and the team was extremely professional and detail-oriented. Mark was our crew lead and the team performed a number of exterior wood repairs, a door re-stain, interior and exterior painting. Mark clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and went above and beyond to ensure the work was high-quality, including finding exact matching siding to fix dry rot, and performing minor repairs that weren't even included in the quote.
